1 red onion
1 green chilli pepper
1 red chilli pepper
2tbs oyster sauce
Cut the tofu into bite size square pieces then stir fry. When the tofu gets brown, add mayonnaise, oyster sauce, chillis, and muscovado. Add small amount of water and let it simmer for about 5mins or until the sauce thickens. Add the onion and serve it while hot. Enjoy!
